1. In an agreeably manner; in a manner to give pleasure; pleasingly. "Agreeably entertained." Goldsmith.
2. In accordance; suitably; consistently; conformably; -- followed by to and rarely by with. See Agreeable, 4. The effect of which is, that marriages grow less frequent, agreeably to the maxim above laid down. Paley.
3. Alike; similarly. [Obs.] Both clad in shepherds' weeds agreeably. Spenser.
