79 Verse 1 For the end, for alternate strains, a testimony for Asaph, a Psalm concerning the Assyrian. Verse 2 Attend, O Shepherd of Israel, Verse 3 Before Ephraim and Benjamin and Manasseh, Verse 4 Turn us, O God, Verse 5 O Lord God of hosts, Verse 6 Thou wilt feed us with bread of tears; Verse 7 Thou hast made us a strife to our neighbors; Verse 8 Turn us, O Lord God of hosts, Verse 9 Thou hast transplanted a vine out of Egypt: Verse 10 Thou madest a way before it, Verse 11 Its shadow covered the mountains, Verse 12 It sent forth its branches to the sea, Verse 13 Wherefore hast thou broken down its hedge, Verse 14 The boar out of the wood has laid it waste, Verse 15 O God of hosts, turn, we pray thee: Verse 16 And restore that which thy right hand has planted: Verse 17 It is burned with fire and dug up: Verse 18 Let thy hand be upon the man of thy right hand, Verse 19 So will we not depart from thee: Verse 20 Turn us, O Lord God of hosts,
