149 Verse 1 Alleluia. ^{Verse 2} Let Israel rejoice in him that made him; ^{Verse 3} Let them praise his name in the dance: ^{Verse 4} For the Lord takes pleasure in his people; ^{Verse 5} The saints shall rejoice in glory; ^{Verse 6} The high praises of God shall be in their throat, ^{Verse 7} To execute vengeance on the nations, ^{Verse 8} To bind their kings with fetters, ^{Verse 9} To execute on them the judgment written:
