13 Verse 1 For the end, a Psalm of David. ^{Verse 2} The Lord looked down from heaven upon the sons of men, ^{Verse 3} They are all gone out of the way, they are together become good for nothing, ^{Verse 4} Will not all the workers of iniquity know, ^{Verse 5} There were they alarmed with fear, where there was no fear; ^{Verse 6} Ye have shamed the counsel of the poor, ^{Verse 7} Who will bring the salvation of Israel out of Zion?
